The incumbent oversees daily butler and VIP operations, leads staff training and guest relations, ensures absolute privacy, and supports front office functions to deliver exceptional service. As a department head, you will manage the Butler team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction. The Executive Butler will lead by example, continuously striving for excellence and upholding the St. Regis luxury brand ethos.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED; 2 years of experience in butler services, guest relations, or related professional area; completion of a formal butler training program, OR a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; completion of a formal butler training program; no work experience required.
