The individual selected for this position will report directly to the Senior Hospitality Project Manager and Director of On-Site Construction. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day coordination of large complex hospitality projects including construction, FF&E installation, and operations coordination. You will work closely with project management teams to administer project documents and confirm smooth on-site logistics with Construction Management Teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training; 1+ year experience working on major hospitality projects in resort settings in excess of $250 million; Experience with organizing and communicating with all stakeholders; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Appls, Procore, MS Project; Procore Certified; Superior communication skills.
