The Senior Vice President, Head of Commercial Banking is responsible for leading the Bank's Commercial Banking division and managing a growing portfolio of high value client relationships in the commercial, corporate and institution sectors. As part of the Senior Management team, the individual will provide leadership and direction to achieve market share growth, deliver meaningful value to clients and oversee the operations of the business unit.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in a related subject matter from an accredited college or university. 8 years of senior lending experience, with a minimum of five years of progressive and relevant senior leadership. Experience managing a team of direct report(s) with a track record of building and retaining high performance teams. Demonstrable relationship building and communication skills with experience leading diverse work teams, developing strategy and collaboration. Clear commitment to integrity and pursuit of excellence both individually and through fostering of team culture. Strategic planning, leadership and management abilities. Track record of achieving strong operational and financial results, both from an individual contributor and a managerial perspective.
