The Accounts Payable Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all accounts payable transactions for BIU and Union Gas. The role supports strong financial governance by ensuring vendors are paid within agreed terms, records are maintained in accordance with accounting standards, and internal controls are consistently applied.

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in an accounts payable or finance support role. • Experience working with accounting systems and general ledger structures. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software (QuickBooks).
