Our Summer Internship Program is an exciting opportunity to gain practical, on-the-job experience and work with financial services industry experts. This program is an opportunity to cultivate essential business skills, knowledge and build connections. Key Duties and Responsibilities include supporting research, analysis, and completion of assigned projects aimed at enhancing overall knowledge and skills, proactively seeking guidance and feedback, participating in training, providing support for internal and community events, handling data responsibly, producing high quality work to present to key business leaders, and upholding Butterfield’s code of conduct and ethics.

Requirements

Pursuing a university degree. Willingness to learn about the finance industry and grow in this field of business. Flexibility with handling and prioritizing multiple tasks. Proven ability to communicate confidently and clearly, in both verbal and written materials. Ability to demonstrate positivity, curiosity, and capable of embracing different points of view and new learning opportunities. Ability to show initiative and build relationships as a team player.
