The position reports to the Vice President, Human Resources, and is responsible for providing HR Generalist support to the full HR function. Responsibilities include coordinating the employee life cycle, preparing immigration applications, advising management and employees on HR policies, consulting on employment activity requests, addressing employee concerns, supporting HR initiatives, maintaining HR reports, auditing employee documentation, and keeping up with HR legislation and trends.

Requirements

University degree in Human Resources or Business with three years’ experience in a similar role, or equivalent, preferably in the Financial Services industry. Experience in leading HR projects, proven ability to address Employee Relations matters, knowledge of compensation and benefit programmes, understanding of immigration applications, and knowledge of local employment legislation. Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
