The successful candidate will ensure the safety, maintenance, and functionality of all hotel, residence, and villa mechanical systems. This includes repair, upkeep, and preventive maintenance of facilities and equipment across multiple unit types. Key Duties and Responsibilities include performing maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, conducting preventive maintenance, performing electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, masonry, and carpentry tasks, maintaining accurate records and logs, and supporting physical property upkeep.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical, HVAC, or plumbing. Previous experience working in a hotel property is required. Experience with hotel-managed villas or residences is an asset. Strong record-keeping, time management, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision. Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting and outdoor work. Committed to five-star service standards.
