The Senior Risk Manager is responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating risks across CITA to ensure the Agency operates within its risk appetite. The individual in this role works very closely with relevant members of the CITA leadership team to develop, implement, monitor, and update the Agency’s risk strategy. Key Duties include developing and implementing risk strategy, conducting risk assessments, designing risk dashboards, ensuring compliance with laws, and advising stakeholders on risk implications.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management or a related field. A Master's degree is an asset. Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, CRMP, ORM are preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in risk management with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management position.
