We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual for the position of Global Talent Acquisition Lead in our Bermuda office. Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor, the successful applicant will play a pivotal role in driving recruitment excellence and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment with a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role. Preference will be given to applicants with direct Talent Acquisition or Agency Recruitment experience. At least three years’ relevant recruitment experience in financial services and accounting. Demonstrated success in sourcing, recruiting and placing candidates from entry level through to executive positions, in Bermuda and international markets. Minimum of three years’ experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies. Proficiency with Oracle or similar technology and systems is an asset. Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
