We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our Human Resources function. Reporting to the CEO, this senior role is responsible for shaping a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and supporting our operational goals. You will manage recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training programs while fostering collaboration and high morale across the organization. Applicants should possess strong strategic thinking and leadership skills as well as the ability to problem-solve, effectively resolve conflict and foster a cooperative and productive work environment and team focused culture. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with best practices and Bermuda legislation. Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent. Foster a cooperative and productive workplace culture while guiding employee relations and performance management. Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Maintain confidential employee records and prepare mandatory reports. Coordinate staff training and development initiatives. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; professional HR designation preferred. Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of Bermuda employment legislation. Experience with payroll and benefits administration is an advantage.
