The Guest Experience Curator will be an ambassador of a five-star hotel and the island of Bermuda, throughout all stages of the guest's stay. They will be poised professionals, curating experiences for V.I.P. guests, ensuring they are informed of the best we have to offer in accommodation, Food and Beverage outlets, excursions, and transport. This role will be a point of contact for guests, offering a professional, personalized, and seamless service. You will accommodate special requests whenever possible, carrying out to completion. Serves as the guest's liaison for both hotel and non-hotel services, anticipating all needs and confirming all plans and arrangements. You will be a shining example of luxury customer service, all while promoting the highest level of service standards. Project a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and Guest service. Provides guests with information about attractions, facilities, services, and activities in or outside the property. Coordinates guest requests for special services or equipment with the appropriate department. Handles reservation, tour and rental bookings for guests, meeting set up, party planning and special arrangements ensuring all requests are confirmed. Uses vast portfolio of vendor partners to ensure guests are receiving the best options during their stay. Updates guests on airline status, bus and ferry routes, weather, and emergency information where necessary. Make guest reservations for transportation when requested. Accommodates special requests whenever possible. Thoroughly understand and adhere to proper credit, check- cashing, and cash handling policies and procedures. Understands room status and room status tracking. Knows room locations, types of rooms available, and room rates. Ability to practice the highest standard of client confidentiality is paramount. Knowledge of property management systems an asset. Any hotel, customer service or Tourism certifications are a bonus.

Requirements

At least three (3) years’ experience in an Iconic/International/Trademark/Luxury hotel property required. Proficiency/fluency in the English language is mandatory and a second language preferred. Background in dealing directly with celebrity/high profile clients and H.N.W. I’s is advantageous. Ability to practice the highest standard of client confidentiality is paramount. Knowledge of property management systems an asset. Any hotel, customer service or Tourism certifications are a bonus.
