The Spa Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the spa. This position is responsible for front desk coordination, client scheduling, customer service, ensuring the technical team is well-equipped, and assisting with administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth daily flow. The role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and flexibility, including the ability to work evenings and weekends while maintaining Orchid Spa's high standards and reputation.

Requirements

Previous experience in a spa, salon, hospitality, or customer service role preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Must be available to work evenings and weekends. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
