Requirements
Professional knowledge of Facility Management and U.S. building and construction practices and policies; Well-developed knowledge of Bermuda building codes; Knowledge of preparing and managing budgets and expertise in project management; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, civil, facility management, or another engineering field; At least five years of experience within facilities management (including four years in building maintenance trades); At least two years of supervisory experience as a facility manager.Salary
