We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR professional to join our busy consulting practice and provide expert support across the spectrum of HR services. Applicants must be critical thinkers who can effectively resolve problems and issues by using sound judgment that takes into consideration all relevant HR standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulations or government law. A wealth of HR expertise along with a consulting and entrepreneurial mindset and excellent interpersonal skills are critical to the success of the role, as is the ability to organize and prioritize work and meet tight deadlines. Applicants must possess the following: * A University degree or Professional Designation along with at least eight years' relevant HR experience. Candidates with previous consulting experience will be given preference. * In depth knowledge of all areas of HR and the ability to deliver on service areas as listed above. Employment law expertise is an advantage. * Prior experience working with business leaders with a proven track record of offering sound advice and guidance. * The ability to make recommendations which once implemented, support a client's organizational goals and strategic direction. * Highly effective verbal and written communication skills along with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

Requirements
