Responsible for monitoring spa facilities, selling of retail products, and ensuring positive and friendly guest relations. Provide prompt, courteous and efficient handling of all requests for guest Spa reservations, changes, cancellations and information. Check-in spa guests courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established spa requirements.

Requirements

Essential: 1. High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate. 1. Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal. 2. Provide legible communication and directions. 3. Computer literate. 4. Compute basic mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers). 5. Ability to: • perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy. • prioritize, organize and follow up. • be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgement. • follow directions thoroughly. • understand guest’s service needs. • work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team. • work with minimal supervision. • maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data. Desirable: 1. Experience in Hospitality Industry in similar position. 2. Previous guest relations training 3. Certified in basic first aid and CPR
