Requirements
Associate degree or higher in education, training, youth work, community outreach, animal care, or a related field. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in classroom teaching, training, facilitation, youth work, or a comparable educational or community-based setting. Knowledge of animal care, animal behaviour, and animal enrichment is an asset. Must be comfortable working around all animals, including dogs, cats, and small animals. Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, volunteers, and community partners.Salary
