Our client, Bermuda Shoreline Cleaning & Maintenance (BSCM), is seeking experienced and professional cleaners with 5+ years of experience in deep cleaning, disinfection, post-construction, and window cleaning for both commercial and residential properties located across the island. Expert skills in specialized floor care (stripping, waxing, power washing, and carpet steam cleaning), knowledge of safe handling of hazardous chemicals and the ability to operate heavy commercial machinery are required. Physical strength to lift and move heavy furniture is essential, alongside excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met. Candidates should be non-smokers, reliable, comfortable with pets, and ready to work all assigned shifts including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. A clean Police Record and a valid Driver's License (or willingness to obtain one) are necessary. BSCM maintains a zero-tolerance policy for drug and alcohol abuse; mandatory pre-employment testing is required.

Requirements
