Must have at least 2 year's experience in Commercial and Residential Cleaning and Janitorial Services with no less than 1 year experience in one of the following disciplines: proper and safe handling of heavy commercial equipment, carpet & upholstery cleaning, hard floor re-conditioning and maintenance. You are responsible for all deep and detailed cleaning in and around residences or office buildings, performing various cleaning actions such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, ceilings, vents, restroom cleaning, etc. You will be required to clean, inspect, and maintain equipment and machinery and will need to use and dispose of hazardous chemicals. Maintain an excellent working knowledge of cleaning protocols and procedures, ensuring the cleaning schedule is always followed. Responsible for ensuring delivery of necessary cleaning supplies to both commercial and residential clients. Applicants should have a working knowledge of commercial restroom and shower cleaning, window cleaning and facility maintenance cleaning etc.
