Our client requires Full Time Cleaners for both commercial and residential properties, with at least 3 years experience in the techniques of all types of cleaning, to include, but not limited to, heavy duty cleaning in the use of equipment and chemicals; following procedures in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. Strip, seal, finish and polish floors and tile of various materials; steam cleaning carpets, office system cleaning, kitchens and restroom cleaning, waste removal, window washing, hard surface floor cleaning and associated maintenance, utilizing hand equipment which involves heavy lifting. Applicants must have experience in a cleaning environment, with emphasis on quality and attention to detail. Knowledge of cleaning and application techniques and the use of equipment is a must. Early morning, night and weekend work and/or public holidays will be required in addition to emergency call-out notice based on client needs. Exceptional timekeeping is a must. Our client supports a drug free/smoke free environment.
