Our client, Teneo (Bermuda) Limited, part of Teneo’s global CEO advisory and consulting firm, continues to grow and is seeking professionals passionate about advising businesses undergoing transactions, distress, or significant change. Opportunities are available at the Senior Consultant, Manager, Associate Director, and Director levels within Financial Advisory. These roles typically involve restructuring, insolvency, forensic accounting, complex litigation, transactions and valuation, project management, asset recovery, and delivering financial modelling and cash management solutions to improve working capital and cash flow. This role supports Directors and senior leadership in the delivering of insolvency, restructuring or transaction engagements.

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA, etc.) and/or insolvency designation preferred. • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in restructuring, insolvency or forensic services gained within a professional services company, consultancy firm or financial institution. • Demonstrated understanding of the Financial Services industry, with experience providing guidance on the restructuring, insolvency legislation and practices, and the transaction landscape. • Proven success in business development activities. • Strong analytical and business analysis skills, with experience overseeing multiple client engagements.
