The Senior Maintenance Technician will be responsible for routine inspections, repairing, maintaining and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all assigned Buildings. Must respond quickly to all requests and effectively manage any emergency situations. Key Duties and Responsibilities include performing daily, weekly and monthly inspections of buildings and structures to determine cleanliness, functional systems and detect malfunctions and needed repairs, operating various tools for routine repairs, maintaining workspace safety, and managing service providers.

Requirements

Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent; A minimum of 5 years’ experience in facilities maintenance or a related technical field; Relevant trade certifications (e.g. HVAC, electrical, plumbing) desirable but not mandatory; Must have the ability to pass through a Police Record Check.

Salary

$60000 - 70000 per month
