Requirements
Carpentry: Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in carpentry. Must have extensive experience in roof framing, flooring, and fabricating bespoke windows, doors, frames, moulding, millwork and cabinetry. Experience operating a carpentry shop. Extensive experience in wood stripping, varnishing, staining, and finishing. Must possess own professional hand tools. Masonry: Must have proven field experience in laying block, plastering, tiling, repairing/cleaning water tanks, and concrete pours for foundations, slabs, and lintels. Must have experience rendering walls and applying weather-proofing sealants, protective coatings, and finishes to roofs and external structures. Ability to accurately read and interpret architectural plans and manage site logistics. Must be capable of the physical demands of the trade, including working at heights and heavy lifting. Must keep good time, be self-motivated, able to work independently, and available to work extended hours, weekends, and public holidays as required to meet project deadlines. A clean national police certificate and background check are mandatory. The successful candidate may be subject to random drug testing. Must have reliable transportation.Salary
