KAM Restoration/Cleaning Solutions is seeking an applicant for a long-term/full time position as an Experienced Restoration Technician. This is a demanding position that requires a very mature adult capable of performing detailed and specific cleaning duties daily with minimal supervision.

Requirements

The successful applicant must possess the following qualifications: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position, A valid IN van license, Reliable transportation to arrive at jobsites/office on time, A robust knowledge of cleaning supplies, equipment and the various substrates in which they are to be used on, The ability to operate 20” auto-scrubbers, high speed burnishers and various other types of cleaning equipment, The ability to do masonry work, crack repairs, grouting, minor concrete repairs, application of various coating applications, countertop polishing, stone and tile restoration, surface washing and deep cleaning, The ability to work early hours, late hours, weekends and public holidays to complete projects, The ability to be a problem solver and a team player, The ability to liaise with all clients on a professional level to ensure time keeping and quality control.
