Requires the services of a Working Manager. Successful applicant must have at least 6 years of experience in electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting & masonry work. Must have good knowledge of tiling and carpentry. Must communicate well with sub-contractors; Must oversee all employee work. Applicant must be available to work at various locations, long hours, weekends and public holidays when necessary. This is a drug/alcohol free environment and random drug testing may be requested. Police Check will be required.

Requirements

At least 6 years of experience in electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting & masonry work. Good knowledge of tiling and carpentry. Must have own working tools of the trade. Must have own transportation or willing to obtain. Must have at least an Intermediate license to drive company van.
