The individual selected for this position will report directly to the Senior Hospitality Project Manager.Duties & Responsibilities:Assisting project team with the execution of the project scope of work, budget and schedule (our project plan), as well as other project specific parameters.Reading, analyzing and assisting in the production of the following: room type per floor reports, spec type per floor reports, monthly FF&E progress reports, weekly expediting reports and warehouse inventory reports.Responsible for ensuring proper storage and inventorying of product on-site from receipt of material through product installation.Responsible for ensuring all damages that occur on-site are documented and addressed appropriately.Coordinating with the Port and establishing a rapport to ensure we understand all delivery requirements and restrictions as it relates to container capacities, required documentation, etc.

Requirements

Minimum Qualification, Experience & Skills:Bachelor's Degree or other formal training/ education3-5 years of project management and/or construction-related experienceProject management certification (CAPM or PMP) preferredAbility to read and understand architectural and interior design drawings, specifications & shop drawingsComputer literateExcellent organizational skillsExercise good judgment and initiativeWestend Properties Limited adheres to a policy of a drug-free work environment and reserves the right to perform pre-employment criminal background checks and random drug tests.
