Allshores is seeking a reliable, qualified individual with great interpersonal skills who will be responsible for Allshores Limited's group consolidation, Bermuda regulatory and tax reporting, and complex technical accounting matters related to the consolidated financial statements. This role serves as a key subject matter expert in accounting policy, regulatory submissions, and finance transformation initiatives, while overseeing the quarterly close timetable and supporting the successful delivery of group audits and includes people leadership responsibilities. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Financial Reporting & Tax.

Requirements

University degree in Accounting/Finance An internationally recognised accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA or CPA) Minimum of eight years relevant experience in financial reporting and financial planning and analysis Demonstrated experience in financial services and public company reporting environment Strong proven work experience in the application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS 17/9) and multi-currency group consolidation Strong working knowledge of Bermuda regulatory filing and taxation requirements Previous auditing work experience Excellent leadership, presentation and communication skills – (written and oral) Strong proficiency of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams) Proven experience with Great Plains and Prophix preferred Proven experience in process reengineering, best practices and control optimisation and working with emerging technology Experience working with multi-line businesses spanning multiple jurisdictions, in particular Bermuda Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyse and interpret information Ability to manage multiple priorities, while meeting tight deadlines to deliver accurate reports
