Requirements
At least 3 years of professional painting / decorating experience – ideally in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end residential properties. Strong knowledge of decorative techniques (faux finishes, veneers, stains, protective marine-grade coatings) and color theory. Proven skills in drywall repairs and replacements, including seamless patching, joint finishing, and preparing for final decorative finishes. Experience in furniture touch-up, refinishing, and staining, including wood surface repair and color/finish restoration. Excellent attention to detail, guest etiquette, and the ability to work flexibly to avoid peak guest periods (evenings/weekends as needed). Good communication skills and basic computer literacy for work orders and maintenance tracking.Salary
