Harbourside Holdings Ltd., trading as Flanagan's Irish Pub & Restaurant, Outback Sports Bar, Snug Café, The Loft and Divots Bar & Grill, is seeking to fill the following positions: ASSISTANT MANAGER(S): Reporting to the Directors, the Assistant Manager must have the ability to assume an active role in assisting in all areas needed to ensure the professional management of the Restaurant. Must have ten (10) years of work experience as a Manager, Assistant Manager, Maitre D' and/or Food & Beverage Server in the hospitality industry. BARISTA / WAITRESS: Applicant must possess a minimum of five (5) years of work experience as a Barista / Waitress in a busy restaurant. Must possess knowledge of all aspects of coffee preparation and techniques. Must be able to assist with Food & Beverage service. Must be punctual, always maintain a professional attitude and excellent customer service. Must be able to operate within a teamwork environment, and a friendly disposition is a must in this role. Experience with Touch Screen point of sale computer systems would be an asset. Applicants must possess a proven record of good integrity and excellent employment letters of reference. All staff are required to work split shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays. Only Bermudians, Spouses of Bermudians and/or PRC Holders need to apply.
