Requirements
Qualified lawyer admitted in or eligible to practice in Bermuda with minimum 5 years' post-qualification corporate experience; Excellent academic record with US and European market expertise; Experience in M&A, lending, reorganizations, and funds; Knowledge of Insurance Act 1978; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Willingness to travel internationally.
