We are seeking an eager and energetic person to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate must have previous product costing experience and customs clearance knowledge. Responsibilities: • Enter shipping manifest information into the database for all overseas shipping containers, express mail courier and air shipments sent to the company • Obtain relevant information to clear the shipments through H.M. Customs • Ensure paperwork is submitted to Central Warehouse and trucking companies for the collection of products. • Obtain the invoices and relevant documentation to cost the product • Distribute paperwork for the costed shipments to the appropriate departments • Handle queries regarding short shipment of products • Retrieve credit or reimbursement for short shipment of products • Reconcile each shipment received Requirements: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook email applications. • Familiarity product costing with the supermarket industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Have an eye for detail and must have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills • Have a positive attitude and a passion for excellence • The ability to meet time sensitive deadlines • Willing to work overtime, including Saturdays, when required

Requirements
