Under the direction of the Commercial Director and the Supply Chain Manager is responsible for the development, enhancement, and implementation and associated upgrades of Supply Chain Module applications, programs and processes that are in keeping with the requirements specified by the Procurement and Supply Chain Services Department and other internal Departments. As such, the post holder supports the effectiveness and efficiency of all SCM related software Systems and business processes of the Bermuda Hospitals Board (BHB). Key responsibilities: Participating in the implementation of large-scale System functionality, smaller enhancements and production support and any other activities as directed by the Commercial Director and or Supply Chain Manager. Assists with planning, leading and managing the Supply Chain Management Programme to ensure the goals and objectives of the plan are accomplished within prescribed time frames and budgets. Serves as liaison between the Stakeholder and the Project Team for all activities per agreed upon project plan, including the definition and completion of project goals, project objectives, team responsibilities, risks and risk mitigation.. Prioritizes and assists in resolution of day-to-day issues, including System and device maintenance, modification, or development Spearheads end of year inventory for MM and DTICC with regular MM Inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy of system Responsible for all system functionalities to MM and DTICC Inventory Troubleshoots and creates requisitions for internal clients Investigates and recommends new features for future System enhancements Ensures that all Supply Chain Modules are meeting Organizational needs, will collaborate with IT and Procurement, Material Management and Finance Staff to meet business requirements and deliver end-user training. Ensures comprehensive documentation of Supply Chain Management processes and procedures Develops and maintains reports for users of the Systems Qualifications &/ Registration required: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent or working to obtain degree. Certification from a recognized Supply Chain Management Society or documented proficiency within Healthcare or Supply Chain Management Five (5) years in Health Care and/or Supply Chain Management Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products Supply Chain Management Software
