On behalf of our client, Executive Ironworx, we seek an Office Administrator with at least 5 years work experience in administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting, and human resources. Duties will include job scheduling, customer service, preparing construction budget estimates and contracts; negotiating with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors; purchasing of materials; payroll and supervising the activities of the company’s manpower. The candidate must be trustworthy, possess expertise in Microsoft Word/Excel, and be well rounded in business management. Candidates who can use a tape measure for identifying different sizes and shapes of steels will be favorably considered.

Requirements

At least 5 years work experience as an office administrator, human resources manager, project manager, or in a similar role. Must be trustworthy and possess expertise in Microsoft Word/Excel.

$30000 - 40000
