Major Responsibilities: Accounts receivable and payable reconciliations Treasury Administration Investment Transaction recording and posting Month and quarter and year end reconciliation and reporting Ad hoc reporting External auditor support and management Requirements: University degree (Bachelor or higher) in Accounting Professional accounting designation required (e.g. CA, ACCA, CPA) A minimum of 5 years post-graduation demonstrated work experience in relevant financial accounting roles. Strong organizational and prioritization skills Good attention to detail Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative to ensure necessary tasks are completed in required timeframes Familiarity with/understanding of financial investment instruments (incl. stocks, bonds, options, hedge funds, etc.) Ability to undertake accounting work for multiple distinct entities simultaneously; including ability to smoothly switch working between entities which may have different structures, policies, and requirements Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements, processes and systems.
