Accounts Administrator

On behalf of our client, RUBiS Energy Bermuda Limited, we are seeking applications for a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the position of Accounts Administrator. This position carries out all accounts administration related duties and reports to the General Accountant. Key responsibilities involve but are not limited to: reconciliation of various general ledger accounts, reconciliation and processing of all local and foreign payables, reconciliation of bank accounts, posting of all journal entries, preparation of reports and surveys, customer/vendor account related queries, maintain electronic and physical filing including archiving, special projects and ad hoc account requests. Knowledge, skills, abilities, education & experience required: Minimum of five years’ accounting/bookkeeping experience with comprehensive knowledge of reconciliation analysis, education in the accounting field, knowledge of computerised financial systems (Dynamics GP preferred, not essential) and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Strong organizational skills, excellent analytical and communication skills, proven ability to work under pressure, problem solver with sound decision-making skills, dependable, reliable and accurate, strong interpersonal skills, team player with exceptional customer service skills.

Requirements

Minimum of five years’ Accounting/Bookkeeping experience, with comprehensive knowledge of reconciliation analysis. Education in the Accounting field. Knowledge of computerised financial systems (Dynamics GP preferred, not essential) and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Excellent analytical and communication (both written and verbal) skills. Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a team environment. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to learn new software is an asset. Team player with exceptional customer service skills.
