Legal & General Resources Bermuda Ltd. is a Bermuda-based specialist life reinsurer providing life reinsurance solutions to clients in the UK, Europe, the US, and Canada. We're seeking a strategic thinker with strong leadership and analytical skills to lead on Capital Management matters. This is a high-impact role that supports our business strategy and ensures we remain resilient, efficient, and forward-thinking in a global environment. Key accountabilities include: • Overseeing regulatory capital and solvency frameworks • Reviewing valuation adequacy and pricing assumptions • Leading CISSA and internal model processes • Supporting strategic initiatives and business planning • Championing actuarial controls and continuous improvement • Collaborating across teams and geographies • Communicating insights and recommendations with clarity and confidence Skills and Experienced required: • Fully qualified Life Actuary • 7+ years of experience in pricing/reporting for UK, US, or Canadian annuity business • Experience in capital management is highly desirable • Strong commercial awareness and strategic mindset • Proven relationship-building skills across senior and international stakeholders • Passion for presenting thought leadership and driving decision-making • Enjoys fast-paced environments and solving complex challenges
