This position involves one of the first points of guest contact and is key to starting the guest’s vacation on a welcoming note. Check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established hotel requirements. Provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors. Additional duties include but are not limited to: PBX, cashiering, concierge, reservations for rooms and restaurants.

Requirements

Good communication skills, well-groomed and neat in appearance. A basic knowledge of computers is required. Be a clear thinker, remain calm and resolve problems using good judgment. Must be able to prioritize and organize, work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team and with minimal supervision. Must maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data. Applicants must be friendly, have an outgoing, positive manner, and a big smile with an excellent knowledge of Bermuda.
