We are seeking a skilled and talented Flair Mixologist and Sommelier with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in a busy bar, restaurant, or nightclub environment to join our team. The successful applicant must have a proven ability to bring the excitement of flair bartending to the bar while showcasing expert knowledge in wines and beverage service. You must be skilled in flair techniques that entertain and engage guests, while also possessing a sophisticated understanding of wine selection, tasting, and pairing. Your mixology skills should be top-notch, blending creativity with classic and modern cocktail mastery. As a dual-role professional, a deep understanding of flavor profiles, cocktail crafting, and wine pairings is essential to elevating the guest experience with your passion and expertise. The role requires someone who thrives behind the bar, balancing showmanship with efficiency and professionalism. Must hold a certification from an accredited institution or the equivalent. Strong communication and presentation skills are a must. Bilingual is an asset, helping us connect with a diverse clientele. Must be able to cover for Servers when needed.

Requirements

All applicants must have a proven record of good integrity and excellent past employment references. All successful applicants must be able to work split shifts, including early mornings (5:00am start), late nights, weekends, and public holidays when required. All successful applicants must be willing to work at all locations and be available for 6 day work a week. We are a drug free/smoke free workplace and employees may be subject to drug testing.
