Yellowfin Ltd., operators of Port o Call, Bistro J, Pearl, Ruby Murry's, The Astwood Arms and Yours Truly, are seeking experienced professionals for various restaurant roles. Responsibilities vary by position but generally include ensuring high standards of service, food preparation, and operational efficiency within high-volume dining environments. All positions involve split shifts over a 6-day work week, including weekends and holidays. Yellowfin is a participant in the Learn-To-Earn Hospitality Programme and provides training and career opportunities for Bermudians.

Requirements

Minimum 2-5 years' recent experience depending on the role. Proficient in spoken and written English. Specific technical knowledge relevant to the role (e.g., sushi making, mixology, culinary leadership). Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
