On behalf of our client, Seasons Learning Center, we are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Head Teacher / Foundation 2 Lead Teacher to join their early childhood education team. This role is responsible for providing strong classroom leadership, delivering high-quality early years education, and supporting the daily operational and administrative functions of the school within a safe, nurturing, and well-structured learning environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the Owner and Deputy to provide leadership in teaching, learning, and overall school operations. Key responsibilities include staff supervision and development, curriculum planning and implementation, administrative coordination, and ensuring compliance with school policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of safety and care. The role also involves maintaining regular communication with parents, preparing reports and student portfolios, and coordinating school events and activities, all while ensuring an engaging and supportive learning environment for students.
