T’s Homestyle Food Truck is seeking a reliable and organized Operations Assistant to support day-to-day business functions and assist with clearing backlogged tasks and ongoing projects. This is a part-time role with strong potential to scale as the business continues to grow. The successful candidate will help improve organization, efficiency, and coordination across operations while supporting key areas such as staff scheduling, inventory tracking, payroll preparation, event coordination, and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and interested in contributing to the growth of a small business.

Requirements

Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or operations support role preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently. Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic digital tools. Good communication skills and ability to work within a small team environment. Reliable, proactive, and willing to take initiative. Experience supporting small businesses, food service operations, or events. Familiarity with staff scheduling, payroll support, or inventory tracking. Basic marketing or social media management experience.
