The incumbent directs the human resources function by managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, and administering benefit claims and labor relations to ensure operational excellence and a positive organizational culture. As a member of the property Human Resources support staff, the manager works with HR employees to carry out the daily activities of the HR Office including oversight of recruitment, total compensation, and training and development.

Requirements

2-year degree; 3 years experience progressive leadership in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area. OR 4-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year progressive leadership experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area. Branded Luxury Hotel experience highly preferred.
