As the Head of Placement in our Bermuda office, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of talent across a variety of Bermuda businesses. In this role, you will act as a trusted strategic partner, developing role-specific talent strategies and tailored search approaches to effectively source, attract, and present high-calibre candidates. You will be responsible for presenting data-driven insights, discussing market conditions, and supporting broader talent strategies to meet client needs. This position requires expertise in client relationship management and talent acquisition strategies, to source and place top-tier talent in both local and international markets.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field is required; a master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is highly desirable. A minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in client relationship management, recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR consultancy. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with organisational goals, drive business growth, and deliver measurable results. Strong track record of building and maintaining trusted partnerships with high-profile clients. In-depth knowledge of sourcing and placing top-tier talent in both local and international markets. Proficiency in analysing recruitment metrics, market data, and operational performance. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong working knowledge of CRM, recruitment software, and HR technology platforms.
