We require an experienced Sailing Coach for the 2026 season (June 1 to August 31, 2026). Only applicants meeting the outlined requirements will be contacted for an interview. The RHADC is seeking enthusiastic, organized, and experienced individuals to coach our summer sailing program. The successful applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of coaching experience, a US Sailing Level 1 Instructor certification (or equivalent World Sailing qualification), and powerboat driving experience. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to instruct sailors of all ages and skill levels, from introductory youth programs through to more advanced racing sailors, as well as adult sailors. Demonstrated experience coaching the Optimist class is required. Experience in leading structured training programs, supporting regatta preparation, and contributing to sailor development pathways will be considered an asset. Additional duties include assisting with the maintenance and organization of the Club's fleet and related equipment, maintaining the sailing premises, and contributing positively to the overall sailing program environment. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential.

Requirements
