The successful candidate should be a creative professional who is able to provide practical hands-on instruction to create an engaging learning environment, evaluate student academic performance using a variety of assessments and techniques and use instructional technology along with active learning approaches. Key Duties and Responsibilities include teaching courses in the Business Management curriculum, delivering high-quality instruction, preparing course materials such as syllabi and lesson plans, assessing student progress, collaborating with other faculty members, implementing teaching methodologies for various learners, and utilizing Learning Management Systems (MOODLE) to support course delivery.

Requirements

Candidates for teaching positions in the Business, Hospitality & Technical Education Division must possess earned Master’s Degree (MBA) in Business from an accredited institution. Must be competent in the use of digital learning tools and applications. In addition, a minimum of three (3) years of teaching experience at the college/university level is preferred.
