Sandys Secondary Middle School (Sandys) is seeking visionary, student-centered educational leaders to serve as Principal and Deputy Principal for our senior school. These roles offer an opportunity to shape academic excellence, strengthen school culture, and lead a dedicated team of educators committed to student success. Sandys is a vibrant and inclusive middle school currently transitioning to a senior school. We are committed to academic excellence, creativity, and student well-being. We foster a supportive learning environment where educators are encouraged to inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and a lifelong love of learning. The Principal will report to the Chairman of the School Board and will serve as the chief instructional and administrative leader of the school, with responsibility for overall academic performance, staff leadership, operational management, and community engagement. Key Duties and Responsibilities include providing strategic leadership, overseeing budgeting, and ensuring compliance with education policies.

Requirements

Applicants must have a Master’s degree in Educational Administration or a closely related area. Applicants must also have a minimum of ten (10) years’ teaching experience with at least three (3) years’ experience in a senior administrative position.
