K.S. WaterSports is an industry leader in water sports, adventure & sightseeing tours, rentals and boat charters across Bermuda catering to visitors and locals alike. We are seeking individuals who share our passion for the water and creating memorable guest experiences. Full-time, Part-time, and Seasonal positions are available for Tour Guides and Boat Crew. These individuals play a key role in delivering safe, engaging, and memorable on-the-water experiences. This position may include leading jet ski tours, sightseeing tours or guiding kayak or bike excursions, assisting with snorkeling trips, supporting boat charters, and helping with sightseeing or sunset cruises. Team members are responsible for guest safety, equipment preparation, and creating a fun, professional atmosphere on every tour.
Requirements
At ease in ocean and marine environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking in front of groups. Ability to manage groups and comfortable in an outdoor environment. Energetic, responsible, and safety-focused mindset. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Previous boating, watersports, or tourism experience preferred but not required.
