We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Head of Bars to lead and elevate our cocktail program. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, precision, and leadership to deliver both innovative menus and perfectly executed classics. Key Responsibilities include: Design and develop creative, seasonal cocktail menus; Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality classic and signature cocktails; Lead daily bar operations with a strong focus on service excellence; Train, mentor, and inspire a team of bartenders; Maintain deep knowledge of spirits, products, and industry trends; Manage inventory, cost control, and supplier relationships. Candidates must be willing and able to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends and public holidays in very busy environments.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within high-end or luxury hospitality; International flair and creativity is essential; Strong leadership and team development skills; Passion for mixology, innovation, and guest experience; Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability; Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.
