House of India is seeking full waitstaff for their restaurant and catering department. This is a 7-day operation requiring flexibility for split shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Responsibilities include selling and deciphering an Indian Cuisine menu, understanding ingredients for allergy/dietary needs, processing checks using a MICRO system, setting up catering events, bussing tables, and maintaining clean work areas.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years' experience in an Indian Cuisine restaurant or reputed hotel. Ability to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays. Knowledge of Indian Cuisine ingredients. Ability to work under pressure. Fluent verbal and written English skills. Police reports and clean drug/alcohol test required.
