Bermuda Bubble Tea is Bermuda's up and coming bubble tea brand specializing in bubble tea drinks, pastries, and desserts. Our client is seeking a reliable Assistant General Manager with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a bubble tea café. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in types and flavor combinations of popular bubble tea as well as practical knowledge of preparing/maintaining pastries and displays. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage the general day to day activities of the shop including but not limited to ordering, processing, customer service, cashiering, cleaning, and training of new staff. A diploma or certification in the culinary arts is advantageous. This is a full-time position with expected night, weekend, and holiday shifts as necessary. A positive and professional approach to customer service is essential.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a bubble tea café. Knowledgeable in types and flavor combinations of popular bubble tea. Practical knowledge of preparing/maintaining pastries and displays. Ability to manage daily shop activities including ordering, processing, customer service, cashiering, cleaning, and staff training. A diploma or certification in the culinary arts is advantageous. Clean criminal background and references are required.
