Applications are invited for a variety of full-time and seasonal positions at Coral Beach and Tennis Club (CBC). Roles include Director of Food & Beverage, Assistant Bartender, Bartender, Beach Attendant Chef de Rang (Waiter/Waitress), Bell Person, Chef de Rang (Waiter/Waitress), Guest Environment Attendant, Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Porter, Property Site Caretaker (Horizons), Seasonal Guest Environment Supervisor, Seasonal Houseperson, Chef de Partie, and Senior Chef de Partie. All positions require the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50lbs, and work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Requirements

Specific requirements vary by role; generally requires legal age for alcohol service where applicable, relevant experience (1-10 years depending on seniority), specific certifications (TIPS, food safety), and for kitchen roles, culinary training or high school diploma. All applicants must have absolute English- written and oral- fluency.
